IN the notice dated the 20th day of February 1979, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 21, 22 March 1979, at p. 694, proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested in Block XIV, Taramarama Survey District, Wairoa County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, for “marked ‘D’ on plan” read “marked ‘B’ on plan” which last mentioned appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 70A of the Petroleum Act 1937, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of the Pokuru-Kinleith Lateral Pipeline shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area hatched black on the plans marked O/163/21/3014/101 to O/163/21/3014/112 (inclusive), referred to in the said Schedule.
