NOTICE UNDER PART II, PARTNERSHIP ACT 1908
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 56 of the Partnership Act 1908, that the following certificate, consisting of several documents in like form, was signed by each of the partners of Special Partnership Administrators Limited, Levin 2 Mall and Company prior to the 1st day of April 1979, that the certificate (as aforesaid) was acknowledged by each partner before a justice of the peace and registered in the office of the Supreme Court at Palmerston North on the 30th day of March 1979.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTNERS
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Partnership Act 1908 (“the Act”), I, the undersigned, being one of the persons forming a partnership under Part II of the Act, hereby certify as follows—

(a) The partnership is to be conducted under the style of SPECIAL PARTNERSHIP ADMINISTRATORS LIMITED LEVIN 2 MALL AND COMPANY;

(b) The names and places of residence of all the partners are set forth in column 1 and column 2 of the Schedule;

(c) The amount of capital which each special partner will contribute to the common stock of the partnership is set forth in column 3 of the Schedule. The general partner will not contribute any amount to such stock;

(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted is carrying on the business of leasing or otherwise turning into account the shopping complex commonly known as the Levin 2 Mall;

(c) The only place at which the business of the partnership is to be transacted is at Levin; and

(f) The partnership will commence as a special partnership under Part II of the Act on the 1st day of April 1979 and will (unless renewed in accordance with the Act) terminate on the 31st day of March 1986.
