IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF EVANIA FASHIONS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 16 Arran Crescent, Christchurch, and carrying on business as fashion wear outfitters, drapers, and retail dealers:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 19th day of March 1979, presented to the said Court by THE HOUSE OF RAYMONDE LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 2nd day of May 1979, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

SPECIAL ORDER

The Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, Section 24, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf doth hereby resolve by Special Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order to borrow the sum of eight-hundred-thousand dollars ($800,000) as a Special Loan to be known as Property Loan No. 13, 1978, $800,000, for the purposes of and incidental to the purchasing of land and a building for office accommodation.

The foregoing Special Order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 19 February 1979, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority held on 19 March 1979, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star on 24 February 1979 and 10 March 1979.

The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereunto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary:

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

The Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take the land described in the Schedule below for swimming bath purposes in the City of Wellington.

A plan of the land which the Council proposes to take is available for public inspection during normal office hours free of charge in the office of the City Solicitor, Seventh Floor, Municipal Office Building, Mercer Street, Wellington.

If any person is directly affected by the proposal and has an objection which is not related to the amount or payment of compensation he should put his objection in writing and send it to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice. If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector does not require this and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

575 square metres, being part Section 11, of the Porirua District, and being Lot 1, on Deposited Plan 12417, and being all of the land contained in certificate of title 497/250.

Note: This land is the property commonly known as Number 2A Wanaka Street, Johnsonville, Wellington. It is required in connection with the Johnsonville Swimming Pool development.

CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Notice is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council, proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, and its amendments, to take for public road the land described in the schedule hereto, such land to be used for road pursuant to the provisions of section 319 of the Local Government Amendment Act 1978.

All persons directly affected by the taking of the said land, should if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days from the 2nd day of April 1979, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

Firstly—All that piece of land situated in the City of Christchurch, containing two hundred and seventeen square metres (217 m²) or thereabouts, being part of Lot 1, on Deposited Plan 8351, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 4A, folio 1270 (Canterbury Registry), as the same is shown marked “K” on Survey Office Plan 14889 (subject to approval).

Secondly—All that piece of land situated in the City of Christchurch containing ninety three square metres (93 m²) or thereabouts, being part of Lot 2, on Deposited Plan 8351, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 716, folio 84 (Canterbury Registry), as the same is shown marked “J” on Survey Office Plan 14889 (subject to approval).

Thirdly—All that piece of land situated in the City of Christchurch, containing one hundred and sixty seven square metres (167 m²) or thereabouts, being part of Lot 3, on Deposited Plan 8351, and being part of the land comprised and contained in certificate of title, Volume 475, folio 270 (Canterbury Registry), as the same is shown marked “H” on Survey Office Plan 14889 (subject to approval).

Fourthly—All that piece of land situated in the City of Christchurch, containing ninety six square metres (96 m²) or thereabouts, being part of Lot 3, on Deposited Plan 5215, and being part of the land comprised and contained in certificate of title, Volume 320, folio 168 (Canterbury Registry), as the same is shown marked “G” on Survey Office Plan 14889 (subject to approval).
