Cachets of a kind suitable for pharmaceutical use, sealing wafers, rice paper, and similar products.
Capers and olives prepared or preserved with or without sugar, whether or not containing salt, spices, or mustard.
Lime juice, not containing added sugar, in bulk containers.
Prepared mustard containing turmeric, dry, in other than retail packs.
Special food preparations for dietetic purposes, as approved by the Minister of Customs as admissible in terms of Part II of the Customs Tariff.
Spirits and spirituous mixtures (other than gin geneva, schnapps, vodka, and liqueurs) containing more than 40% proof spirits in containers other than bottles (i.e., in bulk).
Rum, brandy, or whisky, in bottles, having an f.o.b. price of not less than $2.75 per litre.

Dehydrated or powdered molasses containing not more than 10% of other additives.
Iodised salt; refined salt, not iodised, in packages not exceeding 4.5 kg in weight.

Laundry blue; dyes or other colouring matter (except laundry blue and hair dyes) in forms or packings of a kind sold by retail.
Essential oils (terpenless or not), concretes and absolutes, but excluding hop oil; resinoids; concentrates of essential oils in fats, in fixed oils or in waxes or the like obtained by cold absorption or by maceration; terpenic by-products of the determination of essential oils.
Organic surface-active agents and surface-active preparations and washing preparations, whether or not containing soap, approved by the Minister of Customs as admissible under Part II of the Customs Tariff.
Lubricating oils in containers of a capacity of 5 litres or more.
Fish glues.
Sheets, printed (contact screens), for photo-process engraving cameras.
