Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road in
Blocks II and III, Ruataniwha Survey District, Waipawa
County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
declaration dated the 27th day of September 1978, and
published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 88, 19 October 1978,
p. 2838, declaring land taken for road in Blocks II and III,
Ruataniwha Survey District, Waipawa County, by omitting
(1) “Waipawa County” and substituting “Waipawa District”; and
(2) “Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County
of Waipawa” and substituting “Waipawa District Council”.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block II, Waoku Survey
District, Hokianga County, for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in
the Schedule hereto for road, such land to be used for the
reconstruction of State Highway No. 12; and notice is hereby
further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken
is deposited in the post office at Omanaia, and is there open
for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking
of the said land should, if they have an objection to the
taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount
or payment of compensation, make a written objection and
send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice,
to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that, if any
objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

District, being described as follows:

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road in
Block X, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
declaration dated 28th day of August 1978 and published in
N.Z. Gazette, No. 84, 5 October 1978, p. 2714, declaring land
taken for road in Block X, Waipukurau Survey District,
Waipawa County, by omitting the words “Waipawa District”
from the heading and substituting “Waipawa County”, and
by omitting the words “Waipawa County Council” and
substituting “Waipawa District Council”.
