Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Street in the Borough of Waipukurau

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 1st day of June 1977, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 71, 30 June 1977, at p. 1814, proclaiming land as street in the Borough of Waipukurau, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by omitting:

1. "Borough of Waipukurau" in the heading and substituting "Waipukurau District", and
2. "the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Waipukurau" and substituting "Waipukurau District Council."
