Maori Land Development Notice

Whereas by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of an amalgamation
of titles it is considered necessary to replace the notice
aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice
as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
   Notice Wanganui 1979, No. 2.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
   hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori
   Affairs Act 1953.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Manukau City
Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, as reserves for recreation purposes, and further,
pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, vests the said reserves in the
Manukau City Council in trust for that purpose.
