Appointment of Te Aroha Borough Council to Control and Manage Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Te Aroha Borough Council to control and manage the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as reserves for recreation purposes.
