PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date hereof, be under the control and management of the Wallace County Council.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Mid Hawea Survey District, Vincent County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Cotsford Matthews Burdon and Jeremy Hugh Burdon, as tenants in common under and by virtue of Pastoral Lease No. P136 recorded in register book, Volume 386, folio 19, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 29th day of March 1979.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Percival George Hubert Mulholland, of Seddonville, farmer, under and by virtue of Renewable Lease No. 945, recorded in Volume 64, folio 48, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road, from and after the 29th day of March 1979.

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, Hokiang a County

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road, such land to be used for the reconstruction of State Highway No. 12; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Kaikohe, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken as to the land secondly described therein, together with the sewer easement created by transfer 159686, Canterbury Land Registry; and subject as to the land fourthly described therein to and together with the party wall rights created by transfers 151915 and 156188 and together with the right of way created by transfer 156188, Canterbury Land Registry; and further as to the land sixthly described therein together with the sewerage easement created by transfer 338577, Canterbury Land Registry; and further subject as to the land eighthly described therein to the building line condition contained in Order in Council 1119, Canterbury Land Registry, for street diversion and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council, from and after the 29th day of March 1979.
