PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1979, No. 3.

Registration of a Standard Animal Mark (No. 2111; Ag. 6/8/2)
PURSUANT to a delegation from the Director-General under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of section 89 of the Animals Act 1967, the following notice is given.
That with effect from 19 February 1979 the Hanoverian Society of New Zealand (Inc.), of Wairoa, has registered with the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries a standard animal mark described in the Schedule hereto.

THIS is the registered standard animal mark of the Hanoverian Society of New Zealand (Inc.), of Wairoa.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 23 February 1979 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Queens Ferry Tavern.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday—Opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday—Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 23 February 1979 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Maritime Club Incorporated.
To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to their members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (not being Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(d) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

Provincial Tavern—Public Bar and Bottle Store.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve), and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.
