Classification of Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as reserves for scenic purposes, subject to section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act.

DENNISTON SCENIC RESERVE—BULLER COUNTY

683.7162 hectares, more or less, being Section 75, Block V, Section 46, Town of Denniston, and Sections 44 and 45, Block VI, Kawatiri Survey District. All New Zealand Gazettes, 1964, p. 1594, and 1976, p. 2287. S.O. Plans 3524, 8550, and 10411.

DRY RIVER SCENIC RESERVE—GOLDEN BAY COUNTY

PAORAE SCENIC RESERVE
