Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block XIV, Taramarama Survey District, Wairoa County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Joseph Clare Kelliher, of Frasertown, farmer.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Southland County Council, hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declares that the road firstly, secondly, and thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in Francis Alexander Golightly, of Otapiri, farmer, and that the road fourthly described in the Second Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall vest in Blairmore Farm Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Invercargill, subject to memoranda of Mortgage Nos. 260933, 260934 and 007293.1.
