Declaring Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Waitara

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken subject to the fencing agreement contained in Transfer No. 85817, to building line restriction in resolution No. 227660.2, and the right to drain sewage created by Transfer No. 236263, and the land described in the Second Schedule is hereby taken subject to the building line restriction contained in resolution No. 237296.2, for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 22nd day of March 1979.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 568 square metres, situated in Block V, Waitara Survey District, being Lot 56, D.P. 11652, being part Sections 17 and 23, Waitara East District. All certificate of title No. D3/271.

ALL that piece of land containing 591 square metres, being Lot 4, D.P. 12022, and being part Section 22, Waitara East District. All certificate of title, No. D4/1072.
