CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 3rd day of March 1978 published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 23, of 30 March 1978, at p. 719, setting apart for road, land held for defence purposes and Crown land in Blocks X and XIV, Kaimanawa Survey District, and Blocks I, II, and IV, Moawhango Survey District, Counties of Taupo, Rangitikei, and Waimarino, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, for the area of 599 square metres, being part Subdivision 1, of Run No. 1, coloured orange on plan S.O. 28647, sixthly described in the First Schedule read 559 square metres described as above which last-mentioned area appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 23rd day of January 1979 published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 10, 15 February 1979, at p. 303, proclaiming land as road in Blocks VIII, XI, and XII, Mangatu Survey District, Waikohu County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, for “Area m²” at the top of the Schedule read “Area ha” which last-mentioned appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

Amending a Proclamation Taking Land for Road in Block VII, Whakatane Survey District, Opotiki County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 20th day of July 1978, and published in the Gazette of 27 July 1978, No. 66 at p. 2103, taking land for road in Block VII, Whakatane Survey District, Opotiki County, by omitting the area seventhly described in the Schedule and substituting “80 m² (3.2 perches) being Part Allotment 283, Waiotahi Parish, coloured orange on plan”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of February 1979.

Declaring Land in Roadways Laid Out in Blocks XIV and XV, Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 16th day of November 1961 to be road, and to be vested in the Hokianga County Council.
