Reappointment of Directors of the Tourist Hotel Corporation of New Zealand

PURSUANT to section 3 (2) of the Tourist Hotel Corporation Act 1974, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint

Robert Donald Cox, O.B.E., J.P., of Auckland; and

John Edmond McClean, J.P., of Invercargill,

to be directors of the Tourist Hotel Corporation of New Zealand for a term of 3 years commencing on the 2nd day of February 1979; and pursuant to section 3 (3) of the Tourist Hotel Corporation Act 1974, to reappoint the aforementioned Robert Donald Cox to be the Chairman of the Corporation.
