(h) Copies of the instructions given by the board to the classifiers and of the resolutions of the board relative to the classification may be inspected at the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board offices, 16 Vautier Street, Napier, during the period specified in paragraph (d) of this notice.
SCHEDULE
ALL that land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing approximately 1650 hectares, being the flat land in the Korokipo-Omahu-Moteo area, which benefits from the Tutaekuri-Waimate Flood Control and Drainage Improvement Scheme in the County of Hawke’s Bay. The area is more particularly shown on the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board plans 1524/1 and 2, and described in the Schedule attached to the classification report.

IN the matter of section 22 of the Public Works Act 1928:
LAND REQUIRED FOR SERVICE LANE
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the New Plymouth City Council proposes to provide land for the purposes of a service lane and for such purposes requires to take, in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, all those pieces of land being shown on the plan deposited at the office of the said council situated in Liardet Street, New Plymouth, and there open for inspection at all reasonable hours.
Every person affected is required to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to take to the taking of the land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) and to send the written objection within 40 days from the first publication of the notice to the Planning Tribunal at its said office. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time, date, and place of the hearing.

CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Christchurch City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments, to take for public street the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for street, pursuant to the provisions of section 191 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
All persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days from the 3rd day of March 1979, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Christchurch, containing twelve square metres (12m²), or thereabouts, being part of Lot 1, on Deposited Plan 1195, part of Rural Section 273, and being the balance of the land described in certificate of title, Volume 316, folio 141 (Canterbury Registry). This description refers to a triangular shaped piece of land situated at the intersection of Cuffs and Wainoni Roads adjoining No. 42 Wainoni Road.

CHRISTCHURCH DRAINAGE BOARD
SPECIAL AREA—ALTERATION OF BOUNDARY
IN the matter of the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, and in the matter of the special area known as the Sewer Extension Loan Special Area as defined by resolution of the board dated the 17th day of April 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 37, dated the 26th day of April 1923, and as from time to time altered under the provisions of section 5, Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act 1922, and section 60, Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, by resolutions of the Christchurch Drainage Board and published in the New Zealand Gazette.
PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, the Christchurch Drainage Board at a meeting held on the 27th day of February 1979, resolved that the boundary of the said special area hereinbefore described and defined be further altered so as to include in the said special area all those areas briefly described in the Schedules hereto and further resolved that the said areas shall form part of and be included in the subdivision “B” of the said special area and that the boundaries of said subdivision “B” be altered accordingly so as to include all those areas.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
The Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the auction sale of wool held on 26 and 28 February 1979, at Christchurch, was 244.10 cents per kilogram.
As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 205 cents per kilogram (greasy average basis) no supplement is payable.
There is likewise no retention applicable as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the Trigger Price of 250 cents per kilogram set by the Minister of Agriculture for the 1978-79 wool season.
