Notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand dated the 22nd day of February 1979 con-
firming the reduction of capital of the above-named company
from $1,569,259 to $313,851.88 and the minute approved by
the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company
as altered, the several particulars required by the above-
mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
on the 2nd day of March 1979. The said minute is in the
words and figures following:
That the capital of the Consolidated Silver Mining Com-
pany of New Zealand Limited is $313,851.88 divided
into 7 846 297 shares of 4 cents each having been
reduced from $1,569,259 divided into 7 846 297 shares
of 20 cents each fully paid.
