Notice of Winding-Up Resolution and Meeting of Creditors
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of A. M. Colliar Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given pursuant to section 269 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, that by an entry in the minute book, the above-named company on the 2nd day of March 1979, resolved by extraordinary resolution as follows:

1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That in pursuance of section 285 of the Companies Act 1955, Thomas MacGregor Simpson and Robert Alexander White, chartered accountants of Timaru, be and hereby are nominated as joint liquidators of the company.

A meeting of creditors of the company will accordingly be held in the Centennial Memorial Hall, George Street, Timaru, on Monday, 12th March 1979, commencing at 3 p.m.
