PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the street described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land comprised in the street described in the said Schedule and hereby closed is hereby taken for the University of Auckland, from and after the 8th day of March 1979.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 16th day of October 1978, published in New Zealand Gazette, 26 October 1978, No. 92, at p. 2902, declaring land to be taken for State housing purposes in the City of Manukau, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule, and substituting the following Schedule.
