ALL that piece of land containing 819 square metres, situated in Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, being Lot 44, D.P. S. 2166, excepting thereout in favour of Her Majesty the Queen, all minerals, mineral oil, gas, metals, coal and valuable stone under the surface of the land and reserving to all persons lawfully engaged in working any such minerals, mineral oil, gas, metal, coal or stone a right of ingress, egress and regress.
