Annual Levy Prescribed Under the Wine Makers Levy Act
1976 (Notice No. 2114, Ag. 12/2/23)

PURSUANT to section 4 (1) of the Wine Makers Levy Act
1976 and on the recommendation of the Wine Institute of
New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy
of 24.86 cents per hectolitre on the grape wine sold by every
holder of a grape wine licence during the year ended 30 Sep-
tember 1978 to be applied in meeting the costs of administra-
tion and operation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand
Incorporated in the year to 30 June 1980.
