All persons affected by and having objection to the execution of the said public work, namely, the change of purpose of the use of the above described land from rubbish tip to recreation reserve must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, Hutt County Council, P.O. Box 43-041, Wainuiomata.
If any such objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, at which the objector may appear before the local authority and support the objection by such evidence as the objector thinks fit. Each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
The Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the auction sale of wool held on 31 January 1979, at Napier, was 206.47 cents per kilogram.
As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 205 cents per kilogram (greasy average basis) no supplement is payable.
There is likewise no retention applicable as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the Trigger Price of 250 cents per kilogram set by the Minister of Agriculture for the 1978-79 wool season.

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of N.Z. FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED, a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Auckland:
Notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 1st day of February 1979, confirming the setting free for distribution of the sum of twenty-two million dollars ($22,000,000) (such sum being in addition to the sum of fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) set free for distribution pursuant to an Order of this Honourable Court made on the 28th day of June 1976) being part of the moneys standing to the credit of the share premium account in the books of the company as at the 31st day of March 1978, and the distribution of such amount from the share premium account and the minute approved by the Court with respect to the capital of the said company and with respect to the share premium account as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act and by the Court were registered with the Registrar of Companies, at Auckland, on the 13th day of February 1979.
The said Minute is in the words and figures following:
"That the share premium account of N.Z. FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED as at the 31st day of March 1978 was in credit in the sum of $33,486,732 in the books of the company and by special resolution of the company passed on the 1st day of September 1978 and duly confirmed by an order of the Supreme Court it was resolved that $22,000,000 being part of the said sum (such sum being in addition to the sum of fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) set free for distribution pursuant to an Order of this Honourable Court made on the 28th day of June 1976) be set free for distribution in cash to the holders from time to time of the shares in the capital of the company at such intervals and by a series of payments of such amounts as the directors of the company shall from time to time determine. Notwithstanding the aforesaid special resolution at the date of registration of this minute the authorised capital of N.Z. FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED is $150,000,000 divided into 6,000,000 61% Cumulative Preference Shares of $1 each, 94,000,000 Ordinary Shares of $1 each, and 50,000,000 shares of $1 each of no classification, the classification thereof to be determined at the time of issue and the issued capital of the company is $74,504,761 divided into 5,546,502 61% Cumulative Preference Shares of $1 each all of which are fully paid up and 68,940,259 Ordinary Shares of $1 each all of which are fully paid up."

TRANS WORLD AIRLINES INC., a new corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States of America, on 15 August 1978, hereby gives notice that it has commenced business in New Zealand and has absorbed and is carrying on the business formerly carried on by Trans World Airlines Inc., No. 0/1008, from the same premises at 112 Albert Street, Auckland, and that accordingly Trans World Airlines Inc.'s business whether in New Zealand and elsewhere in the world is not affected by Trans World Airlines Inc., No. 0/1008, ceasing to have a place of business in New Zealand.
