Declaring Land Taken, Subject as to Parts to a Building Line
Restriction and an Easement Certificate, for State Housing
Purposes in the City of Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject
as to Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, D.P. S. 25526,
to the building line restriction imposed by H. 200200, and
subject as to Lots 14 and 15, D.P. S. 25526, to easement certi-
ficate H. 202392.1, South Auckland Land Registry, for State
housing purposes, from and after the 22nd day of February
1979.
