CORRIGENDUM

The Traffic (Whangarei City) Notice No. 1, 1979

In the notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 4, 18 January 1979, p. 116, under "FIRST SCHEDULE", after "Kiripaka-Ngunguru Road" to read, "from Meadow Park Crescent to the eastern boundary of Whangarei City".


Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

North Auckland Land District—Papakura City

1.5681 hectares, more or less, being Lot 205, Section 11, Papakura Village, situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1918, p. 3880, S.O. Plan 1356C.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of February 1979.
