Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 6) 1979
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 6) 1979.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the 14th day of December 1979.

Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemptions from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

Price Order No. 150 (Wheat from the 1980 Harvest Grown in New Zealand)
PURSUANT to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Desmond James Gasson, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order.
PRELIMINARY
-
This order may be cited as Price Order No. 150 and shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1980.

Price Order No. 109* is hereby revoked.

In this order:
(i) The expression “f.o.r.” means free on rail at the grower’s nearest railway station.
(ii) The expression “1980 harvest” means wheat harvested between the months of December 1979 to November 1980 inclusive.

The several prices fixed by this order apply with respect to sales by auction as well as to other sales.
-
Where any wheat to which this order applies is sold on the basis of sacks extra the maximum prices that may be charged or received for the wheat shall be computed on the weight of the wheat without the sacks.
-
Where any wheat to which this order applies is sold on the basis of sacks included the maximum price that may be charged or received for the wheat shall be computed on the total weight of the wheat and the sacks.
APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER
- This order applies with respect to all wheat from the 1980 harvest grown in New Zealand except wheat that is sold as certified seed wheat.
FIXING MAXIMUM PRICES OF WHEAT TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES
- The maximum prices that may be charged or received by any grower of wheat to which this order applies shall be:

- The said maximum prices for wheat to which this order applies are fixed as for delivery f.o.r. by the grower and apply whether the wheat is sold in accordance with clauses 5 or 6 of this order.

Classification of Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
