Maori Land Development Notice
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Palmerston North 1979, No. 3.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
-
The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of an amalgamation of titles it is considered necessary to replace the notice aforesaid.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee, on 16 November 1979, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Queens Ferry Tavern.
