NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Te Kopuru Community Council area, taken on the 10th day of November 1979, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of $220,000 to be known as the Te Kopuru Sewerage Loan 1979, for the purpose of providing Te Kopuru with sewerage reticulation and sewage treatment, resulted as follows:

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was ..... 68
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 65
The number of informal votes was ..... ..... ..... 1

I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

WOODVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE of intention to take land for public work, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, and amendments thereto.

The land is described in the Schedule appended to this notice and will be used for roads.

Every person directly affected who objects to the proposal (other than to the amount or payment of compensation) should notify their objection, in writing, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board within 40 days of the first publication of this notice.

If any such objection is made, a public hearing will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL the balance of land in certificate of title 46/49, being D.P. 489, situated in Block IV, Woodville Survey District, and more usually known as Gordon Street, Lancaster Street, and those parts of Pollen, Bowen, and Hall Streets west of Normanby Street, in the Borough of Woodville.

A plan of the land can be inspected at the public office of the Woodville Borough Council, 26 Vogel Street, Woodville, during normal business hours.
