Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Blocks V, VI, and IX, Maraekakaho Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County and Waipawa District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken or the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, from and after the 22nd day of November 1979.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Hastings City Council, from and after the 22nd day of November 1979.

Land Proclaimed as Road in the City of Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hamilton City Council.
