Town and Country Planning Act 1977—Exemption from Obligation to Provide District Scheme—Chatham Islands County Council

PURSUANT to section 38 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, the Minister of Works and Development hereby exempts the Chatham Islands County Council from the obligation to provide and maintain, in accordance with Part III of the said Act, an operative district scheme in respect of its district.

Declaring Road Taken for Railway Purposes at Gore

Appointment of the South-East Otago Reserves Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the South-East Otago Reserves Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for scenic purposes.
