Declaring Land Taken for a Technical Institute in the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical institute, from and after the 8th day of November 1979.

Declaring a Storm-Water Easement Over Land Taken for Post Office Purposes in Block VIII, Thames Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the storm-water easement described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which easement shall be appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, from and after the 8th day of November 1979.

ALL that piece of land containing 607 square metres, situated in Block VIII, Thames Survey District, being Lot 8, D.P. S. 11959; as contained in Gazette Notice S. 581594.

THIRD SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

The full, free and uninterrupted right, liberty and licence for Her Majesty the Queen from time to time and at all times, to discharge stormwater in any quantities from the land described in the said First Schedule, under the land described in the said Second Schedule and for that purpose to lay and maintain a line or lines of storm-water pipes through and under the piece of land described in the said First Schedule and secondly, in order to construct or maintain the efficiency of any such storm-water pipes, the full, free, uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty and licence for Her Majesty the Queen, her surveyors, engineers, agents and workmen to enter upon the land described in the said First Schedule for the purpose of laying, inspecting, cleansing, repairing, maintaining and renewing any such storm-water pipe or any parts thereof or of opening up the soil of that land to such extent as may be necessary and reasonable.

Land Proclaimed as Road in Block I, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Rotorua District Council.
