Declaring Land Taken for a Hospital in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928 and section 35 of the Finance Act (No. 2) 1945, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hospital and shall vest in the Auckland Hospital Board, from and after the 8th day of November 1979.
