Land Taken for Road in Block III, Gordon Survey District, Waimea County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of November 1979.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4465 square metres, situated in Block III, Gordon Survey District, being part of part 4 of Section 46, District of Waimea South; as shown marked “B” on plan S.O. 11941, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of October 1979.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of November 1979.
