Reservation of Land and Addition to the Hauraki Gulf
Maritime Park

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands
hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto,
as reserves for historic purposes, and further, pursuant to the
Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, declares that the
reserves, shall on and after the 16th day of October 1978, be
added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park,
to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice

PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964,
the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that Rasik Patel,
M.B., C.L.B. (OTAGO), of 1 Bernard Street, Otahuhu, Auckland,
has notified the Minister that he is unwilling to afford medical
services in relation to maternity benefits on terms provided
for in section 112 of the Social Security Act 1964, and
consequently he is entitled to recover any fees in respect of
his professional services, as if that Act had not been passed.
