Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation to be known as the Okorihia Marae for the purpose of a marae and meeting place for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Ueoneone subtribe.

Declaration that Land be Part of the Peel Forest Park Scenic Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, is to form part of the Peel Forest Park Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Peel Forest Park Board.

Pork Marketing Board—Basic Minimum Price for Pigs Notice No. 10, 1978
PURSUANT to regulation 13 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1973, and regulation 5 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 2, the Pork Marketing Board hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Basic Minimum Price for Pigs Notice No. 10, 1978.

This notice shall be operable from the 6th day of November 1978.

This notice fixes the basic minimum prices for pigs, as specified in the following Schedule, delivered to export pig slaughterhouses.

45.5 kg/70 kg Weight Range
(a) North Island:
Prime grade … 110 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
Choice grade … 100 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
Standard grade … 81 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
Mutilated grade … 76 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
(b) South Island (Belfast Works):
Prime grade … 105 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
Choice grade … 95 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
Standard grade … 76 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
Mutilated grade … 71 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
(c) South Island (Makarewa Works):
Prime grade … 102 cents per kilogram hot carcass weight.
