Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Rotorua County Council on the 22nd day of August 1978: “That, in exercise of the power conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rotorua County Council hereby resolves that these pieces of land held by the Council in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act”.
