Appointment of Acting Chairman of Waterfront Industry Commission
NOTICE is hereby given by direction of the Minister of Labour that, pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Act 1976, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint James Wilson Davidson, of Lower Hutt,
to be acting chairman of the Waterfront Industry Commission.
The aforesaid appointment to be for a term commencing on the 31st day of October 1978 and expiring on the 2nd day of November 1978.
