PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule
hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

ALL that piece of road containing 20 square metres, situated
in Block VII, Maungaru Survey District, adjoining or passing

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Block V, Mangatoro and Block VIII, Tahoraiti Survey
Districts, Dannevirke County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-
claims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Dannevirke County Council; and
also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the road firstly
described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed,
vest in Donald Grant Limited, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Mangatoro, that the road
secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule
hereto shall, when so closed, be incorporated in deferred pay-
ment licence No. H2/95, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, held
from Her Majesty the Queen by Benjamin Stuart Coleman, of
Awariki, farmer, and Jocelyn Rosemary Coleman, his wife, as
tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of
mortgage No. 349156.2, 349156.3, and 349156.4, that the road
fourthly described in the said Second Schedule hereto shall,
when so closed, vest in Benjamin Stuart Coleman, of Awariki,
farmer, and Jocelyn Rosemary Coleman, his wife, as tenants
in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage
No. 337478.3, 337478.4, and 337478.5, Hawke’s Bay Land
Registry.
