Notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 28th day of August 1978, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000.00) to twelve thousand dollars ($12,000.00) and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies, on the 9th day of October 1978. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

The capital of Pharma Properties Limited is twelve thousand dollars ($12,000.00) divided into twelve thousand (12 000) fully paid ordinary shares of one dollar ($1.00) each, having been reduced from an authorised capital of twenty-four thousand dollars ($24,000.00) divided into twelve thousand (12 000) ordinary shares of two dollars ($2.00) each in respect of which one dollar ($1.00) of each share has been paid in cash and one dollar ($1.00) was unpaid share capital in respect of each share.

Foxton Borough Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to grant a lease of pieces of land first situated in Block I, Mount Robinson Survey District, containing 26 perches, more or less, being part of Section 635 Town of Foxton, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 8D, folio 796, Wellington Registry, subject to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and secondly, situate in the Borough of Foxton, containing 42 acres, more or less, being part of Sections 410 and 477 of the Township of Foxton, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 564, folio 24, Wellington Registry, such land being part of the Foxton Target Reserve, to Raymond Victor Pollard, of Foxton, engineer, for the term of seven (7) years from the 1st day of September 1978.

NAPIER CITY COUNCIL
Notice of Intention to Take Land

Notice is hereby given that the Napier City Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work namely the widening of Gloucester Street and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for street, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Napier City Council, situated in Hastings Street, Napier, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within forty days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, care of Tribunals Division, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington.

If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land situated at the Eastern Junction of Gloucester Street and Guppy Road in the City of Napier, containing 0.2 perches, more or less, being Lot 8 on Deposited Plan 7396, and being the balance of the land in certificate of title, Volume 38, folio 11 (Hawke's Bay Registry).

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

Notice is hereby given that the Supreme Court order, dated 23 August 1978, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above company from $20,000 to $2,000 was registered at Christchurch, on the 25th day of September 1978, and that the Court approved the following minute showing the amount of capital of the company:

The capital of the company is $2,000 divided into 2 000 shares of $1 each with the full amount thereof paid up having been reduced from $20,000 divided into 20,000 shares of $1 each.

The Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the auction sale of wool held on 5 October 1978, at Dunedin, was 213.20 cents per kilogram.

As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 205 cents per kilogram (greasy average basis) no supplement is payable.

There is likewise no retention applicable as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the Trigger Price of 250 cents per kilogram set by the Minister of Agriculture for the 1978-79 wool season.
