NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that the final meetings of shareholders and creditors of the above-named company will be held in the Registered Office of the company, 82A Bond Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, 7 November 1978, as follows: shareholders, 2 p.m., creditors, 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To consider and if thought fit pass the following resolution, namely:

That the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the company as he thinks fit.

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the respective meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his stead. A proxy need not also be a member or creditor. Forms of proxies are available from the liquidator.

Proxies must be lodged at the registered office of the company, 82A Bond Street, Dunedin, not later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting.
