Maori Land Development Notice
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1978, No. 26.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Wanganui Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Wanganui Licensing Committee, on 27 September 1978, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the White Hart Tavern, Marton.
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the public, the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Friday, Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

WE, three of the Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers vested in us by the Judicature Act 1908, hereby appoint that during the year 1979 sittings of the Supreme Court for the dispatch of civil and criminal business will be held at the Supreme Court Houses in the following places:
AUCKLAND
Criminal Trials and Civil Actions before Judge and Jury: As from 1 February, the Court will sit each week commencing on Monday.
All other classes of business: The Court will sit each week day from 1 February.
WELLINGTON
Criminal Trials and Civil Actions before Judge and Jury: The Court will sit during the weeks commencing:
