PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby resumes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule and the land described in the said Third Schedule shall vest in May Marie Withers, of Tutira, married woman, and Reginald Alan Smith, of Napier, company manager, subject to mortgages Nos. 75670 and 163269, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of June 1978 published in Gazette, No. 68, 3 August 1978, at p. 2182, proclaiming land as road, road closed and vested, and land taken and vested in Block VIII, Ahipara Survey District, Mangonui County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, by adding after the Third Schedule, the following Schedule.

FOURTH SCHEDULE

Road Closed and Vested

ALL that piece of road containing 3 roods and 8.8 perches, situated in Block VIII, Ahipara Survey District, adjoining or passing through Ahipara Numbers 52 and 53 Blocks; as shown on plan S.O. 45818, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured green.
