CORRIGENDUM

IN the declaration dated the 17th day of August 1978 and
published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 82, 28 September
1978, p. 2650, declaring land taken for the generation of
electricity (housing) in the Borough of Opotiki, pursuant to
section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, for the area of 17
perches read 1016 square metres which last-mentioned area
appears in the original declaration signed by the Minister of
Works and Development.

Declaring Land in Hawke's Bay Land District, Vested in the
Hawke's Bay Education Board as a Site for a School, to
be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Hawke's Bay Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and
discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting
the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

Hawke's Bay Land District—Dannevirke County
8756 square metres, more or less (1.2203 hectares balance area
by Gazette, 1892, p. 341), being Section 63 (formerly part
subdivision 4 of Section 5), Block VIII, Weber Survey
District. Balance C.T. 105/160. S.O. Plan 7306.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 4th day of October 1978.

the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School,
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and
discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affect-
ing the same at the date hereof.

2.0488 hectares, more or less, being Section 44, Block IX,

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honour-
able Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 19th day of October 1978.
