ADVERTISEMENT OF CANCELLING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 29th day of September 1978, cancelled the registry of Eden Lodge No. 47, Register No. 296/44, a branch of the Grand Lodge of the North Island of New Zealand of the United Ancient Order of Druids, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.

The Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the auction sale of wool held on 28 September 1978, at Christchurch, was 211.01 cents per kilogram.

As this price is above the Government Supplementary Minimum Wool Price of 205 cents per kilogram (greasy average basis) no supplement is payable.

There is likewise no retention applicable as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the Trigger Price of 250 cents per kilogram set by the Minister of Agriculture for the 1978-79 wool season.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 22nd day of September 1978, confirming that the sum of $54,720 standing to the credit of the Share Premium Account of the above-named company may be distributed to the holders from time to time of the shares in the capital of the company upon the terms approved by the Supreme Court, as registered by the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 27th day of September 1978.
