PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is hereby taken, subject to the sewage drainage rights (in gross) granted by transfer A038671, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the sewer drainage rights (in gross) granted by transfer A038670 and the sewage drainage rights contained in easement certificate A038670, and that the land described in the Third Schedule is hereby taken, together with the sewer rights contained in easement certificate A038670, for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 5th day of October 1978.
