NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

Egmont Road

NOTICE is hereby given that the Taranaki County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Taranaki County Council, Robe Street, New Plymouth, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF A SCHEME UNDER PART III OF THE CHARITABLE TRUST ACT 1957

NOTICE is hereby given that the Vicar, Churchwardens, and Vestry of the Anglican Parish of Khandallah have filed in the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an application for approval of a scheme by which a bequest to the Vicar, Churchwardens, and Vestry of the Anglican Parochial District of Khandallah under the will of Isabella Mary Pool, late of the City of Wellington in the Dominion of New Zealand, widow, deceased, for the purposes of erection of a new vicarage at Khandallah be applied for purposes of up-grading and renovating the existing vicarage upon the grounds that it is impracticable to apply the said funds towards the erection of a new vicarage and the applicants believe the new purpose would best give expression to the intention of the above-named testatrix.

Copies of the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General thereon may be inspected free of charge at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Wellington, and at the offices of Messieurs Castle Pope and Partners, Solicitors, 150 Featherston Street, Wellington.

The date proposed for the hearing of the application is the 8th day of November 1978. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is hereby required to given written notice of his intention to the Registrar of the Supreme Court, at Wellington, and to the Vicar, Churchwardens, and Vestry of the Anglican Parish of Khandallah, and to the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear days before that date.
