NOTICE CALLING FINAL MEETING

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of FASHIONMARK APPAREL LTD. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance to section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Cox Arcus & Co., 29 Anzac Avenue, Auckland, on Friday, the 6th day of October 1978, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Notice is hereby given that by special resolution the members of this company resolved, on the 18th day of September 1978, as follows:

It was resolved as a special resolution of the company that in view of its non-trading nature the company, having filed a declaration of solvency, should be wound up voluntarily, and that Terence Walter Eacock, of Papakura, taxation consultant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.

This resolution shall be passed as a special resolution of the company notwithstanding that 21 clear days notice of the intention to pass it as a special resolution has not been given.
