PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration, dated the 17th day of February 1976, and published in Gazette, No. 21, 26 February 1976, at p. 420, declaring land taken for limited access road in Block IX, Invercargill Hundred, by omitting from the Schedule the area of land being part Lot 1, D.P. 242, marked “I” on plan S.O. 8921, containing 1423 square metres, eightly described in the Schedule thereto.
