NOTICE is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 21st day of August 1978, the following ordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:
That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it is advisable the company be wound up voluntarily.
That the Official Assignee be appointed provisional liquidator.
Notice of this resolution was sent by the director of the company to all known creditors and they were invited to attend a meeting to discuss the resolution on Wednesday, 30 August 1978, at Beach Chambers, Paraparaumu Beach, at 2 p.m.
