Pursuant to section 7 (2) of the Customs Acts Amendment Act (No. 2) 1977, the statistical key of the Customs Tariff of New Zealand 1978 is amended in the following manner:

Surrender of Plant Selectors' Rights (Notice No. 2000, Ag. PV 3/2/29)

Pursuant to section 20 (5) of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that an application for the surrender of a plant selectors' rights, as specified in the Schedule hereto, has been received by the Registrar of Plant Varieties. If any person considers that he is likely to be unfairly affected by the application, he may lodge an objection with the Registrar within 1 month from the date of this Gazette. Objections must comply with regulation 19 of the Plant Varieties Regulations 1975.
