Notice of Acquisition of Public Reserve by the Crown and Addition to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby gives notice that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been acquired as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the reserve shall, on and after the 1st day of August 1978, be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

Revocation of Fees Payable for Veterinary Inspection, Testing and Certificate of Stock for Export, Except those Relating to Domestic Pets (Notice No. 2009, Ag. 1547)

It is hereby notified for public information that on and after the 1st day of October 1978 that the notice headed “Fees Payable for Veterinary Inspection, Testing and Certificate of Stock for Export” (No. 1414, Ag. 1547), in New Zealand Gazette, Thursday, 1 April 1976, No. 34, 708, is hereby revoked and the following Schedule setting out the fees payable for veterinary inspection, testing and certification of domestic pets substituted in its place:

SCHEDULE
(a) For all domestic pets the following fees shall be payable in respect of certification for export:
For one animal: $7;
For each additional animal the property for the same owner and examined at the same time: $2
(b) “Animal”, for the purposes of this notice, is defined as inclusive of all types of livestock, including horses, cattle, swine, sheep, goats, rabbits, poultry, and other birds.
